FRESH Movement & Video: The LXD Project (The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers)

The LXD project was brought to my attention by Bboy Venum of the Groovaloos. This new featured online dance battle project will display the raw talents of many of the best dancers in the industry. It looks like it's going to be an online only series, but only time will tell. It's brought to us by the same producers of Step Up, and we all know how that movie turned out.....FRESH!

Robert Murraine has been featured several times in So You Think You Can Dance and just recently represented Team USA as a hip hop popping soloist in the show Superstars of Dance. If you can't already tell, I'm a big fan of popping, and this guy brings it!!

FRESH Movement: PAC Modern - Keeping it Alive - Battlefest 360 Competition

The PAC Modern family represents in the Bay and gets 2nd Place at Battlefest 360 this past weekend. The thing that I think is pretty crazy about this competition is that you have to please the audience from all angles, hence the 360 degree name. PAC Modern tweeked their routine since VIBE and definitely upgraded. Dope stuff!

Look out for the return of PAC Generations at CSULB PAC's Pilipino Culture Night April 17, 2009.

FRESH News: When Your Credit Card Signature Fun Backfires

This was just an FRESH story that I wanted to share with you all. Kingpin at Drunk Republic got creative at the checkout stand while using his credit card. Instead of signing his regular signature, he started drawing NSFW pictures and writing funny phrases. Until one day a cashier was asked to match the signature to his ID, and apparently they didn't match and the manager had to come intervene. Read the full story at Drunk Republic.
